Security Overview
EnterMedia uses proven open standard technologies to ensure a secure environment for our clients. Using the SAAS, we have user permissions for all operations which require authentication. SSL can also be enabled on the server. When hosting locally, everything is set up on the latest version of CentOS, which is more secure than Windows. Extended support and server administration assistance for clients hosting on their own machines. CSF is used for Firewall management. We also have some custom security features for specific business needs. For example, a client required that their users would be automatically signed out after a designated period of inactivity. Many protocols based on specific requirements can be implemented. Community Hosting uses a two node ElasticSearch cluster with catalog based segmentation. This means that clients each have their catalog with fully independent users, roles, assets and all data.
