Custom Print View
The Print Asset View can be enabled for specific user Roles in the Permissions Settings. Navigate to the Asset Management section, and check the box for Print, and hit Save.
In your Collection or Results page select one or more asset, then find and click Print Assets in the Actions drop down.
When choosing to print assets, you can customize the metadata that is printed with them. The print view is condensed and all metadata displays on one page with the asset image preview, as shown below:
To customize the printable fields, go to Settings>Asset Settings>Views>System>Printable Details and select which fields you would like displayed. To add more fields, go to the drop down next to the "asset" drop down and select which fields you would like to include.
